Assistant Team Leaders!

Objective: To facilitate efficiency and productivity of the stores’ systems by assisting the Team Manager in administering managerial processes in order to maximize revenue and earnings potential for both of our expanding locations.

Duties

  • Interview, select and train team members
  • Maintain store inventory
  • Schedule staff hours
  • Assist in administering and monitoring all store functions with the Team Manager
  • Assist in controlling the distribution of merchandise between stores and new purchases of inventory, materials and supplies
  • Help facilitate lateral communication between departments and team members
  • Communicate progress and obstacles to headquarters and/or owners

Qualifications

  • Excellent follow through skills are a must
  • Attention to detail is crucial
  • Good customer service skills are imperative
  • Leadership skills, team building and mentoring qualifications are necessary to fulfill this job

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in management or related retail arena
  • Approximately 40 hours per week

Objective: To provide the best retail customer service available by developing relationships with our retail customers. This relationship will be built on trust by you providing the customer with the best product and industry knowledge, using your vast experience of known customer service and utilizing our extensive training and support.

Duties

  • Engage the retail pawn and sales customer to provide them with the service and products they need or want, by keeping our store’s policies and procedures in mind
  • Keep the pawn and retail area merchandise stocked and continually flowing and to assist in keeping our clean image and appearance a top priority.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and detail-orientated
  • Responsible for handling and balancing daily cash auditing counts and daily inventory counts
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, objections and concerns with care, integrity and compassion
  • Must also be dependable, and responsible. This position requires dependability, accountability and punctuality
