Perry Lewin is the owner and c0-founder of Decatur Jewelry & Pawn.  Established in 1993, Decatur Jewelry & Pawn has been an industry leader in the collateralized loan  business. Perry Lewin, third-generation jeweler has brought his world-renowned jewelry experience and merged his jewelry  knowledge with the pawn industry to offer customers quick cash loans on their family heirlooms, offering the highest amounts loaned in the Central Illinois area.  In additon, Perry’s  vast jewelry knowledge has enabled Decatur Jewelry & Pawn to grow into one of the area’s largest and most respected retail jewelry stores in the area, offering in-stock jewelry, expert jewelry repairs, custom jewelry design, loose diamonds & gemstones, special orders and more

Jenny started with Decatur Jewelry & Pawn in 2005 and is fast approaching her 5-year mark.  Jenny started as a pawn assistant and retail specialist.  Throughout the years, she has steadily shown that she has a keen eye for detail.  This, coupled with her aggressive, hands-on approach, has elevated Jenny to the rank of Corporation General Manager.  Her duties include all operational management of both locations.  She leads a team of 14 excellent team members.

Jenny is a Decatur local, lives nearby and has two children.

Patty started at Decatur Jewelry & Pawn in 2007.  She brings with her many years of knowledge and experience in the jewelry industry.  Previously employed at an area  retail jewelry store before joining the team at Decatur Jewelry & Pawn, she gained considerable knowledge in jewelry retailing and customer service.  Patty started at our Mt. Zion location in April of 2007, maintaining our jewelry department there before permanently joining the team at our Pershing Rd. location.

Patty’s specialty is organizational procedures, promotional marketing, assisting other team leaders and, recently, jewelry polishing.  She is a tireless and dedicated team member, whose persistence keeps this company operating efficiently.

She currently lives in the area, is married and has two small children.

Teresa started her career with Decatur Jewelry & Pawn in July, 2008.  She brings a wealth of office managerial experience to our operation, having worked for over 20 years managing a banking institution’s office.  Currently, she works full-time at our Mt. Zion location.  Her emphasis is on jewelry buy/pawns in addition to being a retail jewelry specialist.
