Now Hiring for Assistant Team Leader Position
Objective: To facilitate efficiency and productivity of the stores’ systems by assisting the Team Manager in administering managerial processes in order to maximize revenue and earnings potential.
Duties
- Interview, select and train team members
- Maintain store inventory
- Schedule staff hours
- Assist in administering and monitoring all store functions with the Team Manager
- Assist in controlling the distribution of merchandise between stores and new purchases of inventory, materials and supplies
- Help facilitate lateral communication between departments and team members
- Communicate progress and obstacles to headquarters and/or owners
Qualifications
- Excellent follow through skills are a must
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Good customer service skills are imperative
- Leadership skills, team building and mentoring qualifications are necessary to fulfill this job
Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in pawn industry management or related retail arena
- Approximately 40 hours per week
